Paragon Meats was founded on a simple premise: Australians deserve access to the same quality meat that the best restaurants serve, without the markup and without leaving home.

We saw a gap in the market between supermarket meat — mass-produced, pre-packaged, and often days old — and the premium butcher experience that was increasingly hard to find in suburban Australia. We set out to bridge that gap.

Every cut we sell is hand-selected by our team of master butchers, prepared to order (never pre-cut and sitting in a display case), and delivered in temperature-controlled packaging within 24 hours. From paddock to plate, we control the entire chain to ensure quality at every step.
