These wagyu short ribs are cut in the traditional Korean galbi style — thin slices across the bone that expose layers of meat, fat and bone. The wagyu marbling ensures they cook quickly on a hot grill while remaining incredibly juicy and flavourful. Marinate in our house Korean BBQ sauce (sold separately) or simply season with salt and grill over high heat. A crowd favourite at any barbecue.
